Founder Sharon Ware…also known as the Queen of Patience, started her own corporation, initially teaching only computer classes. After discovering eBay, Sharon quickly became an Education Specialist Trained by eBay. After a year of teaching, studying, eating and breathing eBay, Sharon became an eBay Certified Business Consultant - at that time, she was only the 19th person to earn that designation worldwide! She is still one of only 28 worldwide!
Sharon’s unique teaching ability has earned her a faithful student following. She has helped hundreds on their way to eBay success. Many of her students have gone on to become Power Sellers. Take a look at her student feedback here.

John Ware, who coincidently, is Sharon's husband, is also an eBay Education Specialist and an eBay Power Seller as well. Sharon and John team teach classes and seminars. John adds the ‘man’s point of view’ to the business and always adds humor everywhere he goes. John has a degree in Business Management from West Virginia State University. His corporate career was spent as a Sales Representative and National Product Specialist for a Fortune 500 Electrical Distributor.
John is also proud to be a retired Volunteer Fire Chief, with 32 years in the fire fighting field. Many years ago, he started collecting Code 3 die cast fire truck replicas. Before he knew it, he had more than he needed and decided to sell some to make room for new models. Now John has his own eBay store, Station 4 Collectibles, where he sells Code 3 fire truck replicas and other fire department collectibles. Take a look at what John has up for sale right now.
Susan McEachnie works with Dandelion Consulting in marketing and event planning. Susan is also a licensed Realtor and can assist you in finding that perfect home in the Orlando and surrounding areas, or help you sell an existing home. Susan’s motto is: “Susan Sells Smiles” and once you meet her, you will understand why! She has a ‘Dandy’ smile for sure!
Nancy Starr is an independent web designer and proficient Internet marketer working with Dandelion Consulting. Nancy’s extensive background in desktop publishing is evident in her innovative creativity with her web designs. Nancy will guide even the novice through the process of creating that special website or blog that will set your business apart with ease. Her vast knowledge of Search Engine Optimization will help get your Website top exposure.
In 2006, Nancy earned an Associate Degree in Computer Information Technology, with a minor in Computer Design and Drafting. Nancy has created marketing materials for print for a variety of businesses, and now uses Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 the Adobe Creative Suite CS2, as well as template-based content management system software such as Wordpress and Joomla! to create accessible W3C Section 508 standards-based Websites that have that WOW factor.
